rharchitecture has undertaken residential developments on sites from 1200sqm upto 2.5 hectares. We work collaboratively with consultants, traffic engineers, landscape architects and town planners to achieve the best possible out come for the site, while maximising the sites development potential.
Examination of the existing infrastructure and discussions with service providers allows for the identification of any site deficiencies which may impact on the scheme.
We provide the client with a holistic view of the site and how this responds to the surrounding context, with consideration given to the context, socio-economic constraints and any discerning factors that make the site unique.
Yielding Diagrams
Analysis of the business case for the site allows for budget costings to be undertaken at an early stage.
Conceptual massing
Massing of the development allows for early discussions with stakeholders and planners as to the size and scale of the project.
